Project management
Dedicated project manager (PM) take in charge of each individual projects, responsible for organize the project execution, manufacturing, shipping, site installation and commissioning, until handover of the project. Clients don’t need to bother communicating with different parties or agents, just simply talk to our responsible PM and tell your requirements while PM will handle everything.
Goods supply
High quality products from preferred CEC listed partner brands. Key components imported from China while locally assembled and tested in Archerfield Brisbane.
Installation & Commissioning
Local electrician team with certificates taking in charge of the site works, including erection, wiring, commissioning and testing.
Handover
Handover under customer acceptance, performance as promised.
Warranty and Aftersales service
One-for-all warranty by Newvolt Energy under original manufacturer’s awareness and authorization, no need to interface with multiple equipments manufacturers. Local aftersales support team with quicker and better support and services. Spare parts in factory, safe buffer and fast response.
